Mike Bets #224
2 min readHappy Wednesday. We’re going to have to do a quick one today. Shoutout to Wisconsin, the Mavs, and some of the other teams that picked up impressive wins yesterday, and we’ll hopefully be able to get a little deeper into those tomorrow. For today, though, let’s go straight to the plays.
TODAY’S PLAYS
NBA record: 55-49 ATS (10-16 Underdog ML), 10-12-1 O/U, 0-1 parlay
1-1 last night. I’ll take it.
- Hornets -7
The Magic have lost by 9+ in five of their last seven, and the Hornets are playing as well as they have all season. I like Charlotte to roll.
- Bucks -15
The Bucks are on one right now, and the Pistons, coming off a game last night, will likely be in trouble against a team that has dominated them the last few years.
- Nets PK (-110)
Brooklyn has won four in a row and seven of eight on the road, and that run of success shouldn’t end in Boston.
- Bulls -9.5
The Rockets are in crisis mode. Their opponent is an automatic bet at this point.
- Heat PK (-110)
I still don’t believe in the Timberwolves, who have gotten more than half of their wins against the four non-Thunder teams below them in the Western Conference standings.
- Grizzlies -3
The Raptors are 2-7 in their last nine. I like Memphis to pull this one out by more than a possession at home.
- Wizards -4
The Pelicans have lost 13 of 15, and every loss but the first has come by 4+ points.
- Hawks -4
Atlanta has five double digit wins in a row. I like them to keep the good vibes going against a Spurs team that hasn’t been particularly threatening.
- Blazers -1.5
Portland has been awful on the road, and that might be understating things. But a game against the Kings is a good opportunity to start kicking those woes to the side, and this line is very small.
CBB record: 35-47-2 ATS (1-7 Underdog ML)
2-3 last night. I love the NBA board tonight, so I’ll just stick with that. We’ll ride again tomorrow for CBB.
