Happy Thursday. Yesterday was a pretty ugly day with a loss on the cross-league parlay, a 4-6 mark on CBB, and an 0-3 NBA ATS record only being somewhat helped by an under winner. But that all just means there’s room to improve tonight. Let’s get after it.

TODAY’S PLAYS

NBA record: 129-123-5 ATS (16-32 Underdog ML), 13-15-1 O/U, 3-5 parlay, 0-2 props

  • Grizzlies -11

The Grizzlies have won five of six by double digits, and the Pistons have lost five straight by at least 9 points. No one needs to budge much to get Memphis to coverage tonight. This is one of the best teams in the league versus what is likely the worst. Eleven points isn’t too many.

  • Heat -4.5

The Heat have won three straight road games by at least 17 points. I’ve been hyping up the Pelicans recently, but this line is small enough that a shot on Miami makes too much sense. They stay hot tonight.

  • Bucks +140

I’ll take a chance on the Bucks at plus odds. They’ve won four straight and eight of ten. The Suns are elite, but the general rule is to take the Bucks when you get a number above +100.

CBB record: 208-230-5 ATS (29-33 Underdog ML), 0-5 parlay

  • Arizona -7

Arizona is 10-1 in Pac 12 play with the one loss coming at UCLA. All ten of those wins were by at least 9 points. I don’t see that changing tonight.

  • Michigan +144

Go Blue. They gave Purdue a good run in West Lafayette. Make it happen in Ann Arbor. Michigan needs some of these quality wins down the stretch.

  • Washington -1.5

Washington has won four straight at home and has a 7-4 Pac 12 record. Arizona State is playing better recently but still hasn’t won since January 17. This line is small, and Washington covers it.

  • Bryant -4.5

It’s Bryant time. All aboard.

  • PARLAY: All MLs – Ohio, Murray State, UAB, San Francisco, St Mary’s, Gonzaga, New Mexico State, Stephen F Austin (-127)

NBA/CBB PARLAYS: 4-7

  • PARLAY: All MLs – Iowa, Duke, Oregon, Arizona, Wagner, Grizzlies, Raptors, Warriors (+744)

Let’s have a Thursday.
