Happy Sunday. Quick one today. Yesterday, the Nuggets survived the Rockets behind some clutch Aaron Gordon threes, the Heat made another statement by winning in Utah, Joel Embiid and Furkan Korkmaz led the Sixers to a win in Chicago, Luka’s buzzer-beater pushed the Mavs past a Celtics team playing without Jaylen Brown, Devin Booker’s 38-point night helped the Suns roar back late to top the Hawks, and the Blazers crushed a beat-up Lakers team. Today, we have eight more games. Let’s go straight to the plays.

TODAY’S PLAYS

NBA record: 33-21 ATS (5-8 Underdog ML), 8-8-1 O/U

Tough 0-3 ATS day yesterday, but the Rockets-Nuggets under did hit. Let’s bounce back today.

  • Cavs +7.5

The Cavs have won three in a row and five of seven. Four of those wins came on the road. They haven’t lost by more than 12 this year. I like the Knicks, but this is a lot of points to be giving Cleveland.

  • Jazz -12

This is a lot of points, but the Magic are 0-4 at home with all four losses coming by at least 9. I like a Jazz team looking to bounce back from yesterday’s loss to roll.

  • Bucks -1

The Bucks were up big against the Knicks before falling apart late. They finish the job this time with Jrue Holiday a little more ready to go in his second game back.

  • Spurs -3.5

Against teams other than the Lakers, the Thunder are 0-6 with an average point differential of -16.7. They’ve yet to play a non-Lakers team closer than 5. I like the Spurs.

  • Warriors -12

The Rockets traveling to Golden State the night after a really tough, close loss in Denver seems like a recipe for disaster.
