Happy Tuesday. Finals season is over, and we’re back in business. We’ll get to some more comprehensive analysis over the next two weeks, but let’s slowly get back into gear with some simple plays for tonight. We’ve had some time to refresh and get ourselves right. Let’s win.

TODAY’S PLAYS

NBA record: 51-53-2 ATS, 13-14 ML, 2-6 O/U, 0-4 parlay, 0-1 props, -17.40 units

  • Jazz -2

The Jazz are 6-11 on the road, coming off of consecutive blowout losses in Milwaukee and Cleveland, and played just last night. But the Pistons are really bad, and this line is a little too small. Take Utah.

  • Knicks -5.5

The Knicks have won seven in a row, and the Warriors are 3-14 on the road. I’m willing to bet we don’t get 40 points from Jordan Poole in this one.

  • Grizzlies ML (-110)

The Grizzlies are a decent bit better than the Nuggets right now. This line – a toss up in Denver – makes a lot of sense, but I like Memphis to win.

CBB record: 32-38-1 ATS, 3-7 ML, 3-2 O/U, 2-1 parlay, -7.3 units

  • Wake Forest +7

Duke has been pretty impressive lately, and the Demon Deacons have looked pretty awful in some of their last few games. All of this means they’re absolutely taking Duke the distance in a home conference game.

  • Marquette ML (-110)

A road win over Seton Hall isn’t anything to scoff at, but it’s not as impressive as it might have been in year’s past. And it’s quite easily Providence’s most impressive win. Marquette has looked great; I like them to keep rolling here against a Providence team that has yet to show it can consistently beat good teams.

  • Miami +3.5

Virginian hasn’t really been dominating teams despite the impressive record. I like this opportunity for Miami. They’re 11-1 and coming off a Elite 8 trip but not getting much love. They make a statement tonight.

  • Northwestern -14

The blowout loss to Pitt remains confusing. Northwestern is good.
