Happy Saturday. Yesterday wasn’t our best effort. The CBB record was pretty good at 2-1. We’ll take that every Friday night. But the NBA record was 2-6-1 with a few possessions here and there (and a big blown cover by the Timberwolves) being the difference from a much better 4-5 or 5-4 day. These days happen though. We’ll bounce back today. We’ll skip the usual recap today since it’s a Saturday with a full slate that’s starting very soon to get to and there weren’t many CBB games. On to the plays.

TODAY’S PLAYS

NBA record: 87-83-3 ATS, 22-26 ML, 29-27-1 O/U, 1-6 parlay, 0-1 props, -14.03 units

  • Mavs ML (+105)

The Blazers are in total free fall. I’ll take the Mavs at plus odds.

  • Jazz +5

The Jazz are quite good at home and have some momentum going.

  • Hawks +6.5

This game matters for the Hawks, and they’re playing some decent enough basketball. Toronto’s recent hot streak has largely depended on games against the Hornets.

  • Pacers +8.5

This line is too big for the Pacers at home against a Grizzlies team that’s .500 on the road.

  • Celtics -8

The Hornets have been quite bad lately.

  • Bucks ML (+168)

Go Bucks.

  • Celtics Hornets O232

Both teams average at least 230 points per game. This one should get there.

CBB record: 82-71-2 ATS, 12-17 ML, 4-3 O/U, 6-4 parlay, +7.85 units

I love the board today.
